Custom cut V bent metals, including stainless steel, copper, bronze or aluminum metal, are hand fitted to clad directly onto the exterior side our of our solid wood teak doors.
Our custom metal clad teak doors have been standing the test of time for more than a decade on luxury oceanfront homes along the Southern California coastline.
We fabricate our solid teak doors with a complete gasket system: starting with a water tight, insect proof exterior we then V-cut bend stainless 304 or 316L steel, copper or brass metal clad and apply it over the wood door for exceptional durability.
