Custom Teak Kitchens, Teak Office, Schueco Windows...

The private residence of Don Baker
has achieved truly one of a kind excellence. Features include two solid teak
kitchens with custom stainless interiors, a solid Burmese teak customized office
with teak sliding windows, and more. Pool front windows, using an easy-touch
lift and slide system, are a commanding 8.5 meters tall x 15 meters wide. These
also feature custom Wood Art Design stainless steel louvers built into the
structural window frame for attic ventilation. Eight sliding teak doors enhance
the bedroom/living room divider set.
The main three meter tall front door
and all interior doors have grain matched rosewood.
Solid teak t/g
flooring was cut to three meter lengths and a 25mm thickness. The home's
exterior features an extensive eight meter high custom window system with
stainless steel louvers.
